To connect people from diverse backgrounds through education and constructive facilitated dialogue, opening their hearts and minds to the lasting impact of systemic racism. By doing so, we inspire them to enter into new relationships and engage together in actions that lead to a healed world of thriving, equitable, and just communities.​ ​

Coming Together Virginia (CT-VA) is focused on creating a racially healed world of thriving, equitable, and just communities. To execute our vision we host numerous events throughout the year. These events enable facilitated courageous conversations where each person can tell their truth and hear someone else’s story across the racial and perhaps the economic divide. These conversations seed new opportunities for personal growth, relationship building and community transformation. CT-VA makes a difference through allyship and by connecting faith-based organizations, community advocates, and corporate partners with neighborhood needs. Be a part of the change in 2025.

April 2025

April has always been a month of remembrance, rebirth, and reckoning. 57 years ago, we wept as we lost a King—a man who led with vision, courage, and an unshakable belief in justice. Yet in that season of sorrow our elders reminded us that grief alone would not move the mountain. Prayers turned to preparation. Mourning became momentum. And so, the movement carried on.
